Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order? Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order. Times vary depending on the order and most are completed and will be received within 2 weeks. Each order receives personalized attention to detail.
May I use your photo on a website? Yes you may. Please let us know which photo and we will resize it appropriately. We will include our name and link in small print at the bottom of the photo.
Why do you request email contact prior
to fulfilling some orders?
This process has several advantages: 1. It allows us to
provide you with personalized service for your order. 2. Not all
photos look great at all sizes. We only want to sell a photo if it is
appropriate for the size requested. We will let you know if a photo
won't print well at a requested size due to lighting conditions, etc. 3.
You have more control over your order.
Can I use my own photos in collages or magazine covers? Yes, you can. We will check your photos to make sure they are sufficient in size and quality to be used. We will also provide minor adjustments (cropping, color balancing, etc.) as needed.
Do you provide pet portraiture? Yes. Our fall sessions start in September and can be provided on location. Please contact us for more information.
